The Women in Orthodontics® (WIO) Conference will be held in Phoenix, Arizona on January 13-15, 2022

The Women in Orthodontics® Study Group has developed into an incredible online community with over 2,200 members (and growing).  Over the past few years, the group has built supportive relationships and learned from one another about clinical and business issues that impacts practices.

Women in Orthodontics® was created by Dr. Courtney Dunn, an orthodontist in Phoenix, AZ, who recognized both the unique challenges and needs that female orthodontists face — as well as the lack of representation in the greater orthodontic community. After successfully growing her practice to four offices during a recession (when over 100 dentists in Phoenix area went out of business), she has seen firsthand how specific management and marketing strategies can help create more time and still help orthodontists grow. We combine strategic, practical guidance with a supportive, nurturing community to help you create a profitable practice that doesn’t eat up all of your free time.
